Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Drain canned salmon if using and gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
- Mix salmon mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cooked salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Form croquettes: With clean hands, scoop a handful of the mixture and shape it into small patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
