  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (approximately ½ cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Drain canned salmon if using and gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  2. Mix salmon mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cooked salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Form croquettes: With clean hands, scoop a handful of the mixture and shape it into small patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
