Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
- Garlic
- Onion
- Heavy cream
- Chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the onions and garlic, and slicing the mushrooms.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; sprinkle dried thyme. Stir gently and let simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Serve Mushroom Chicken with rice or pasta, garnished with parsley if desired.
