Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs, reserving some for topping.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and gently fold in Cool Whip.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  4. In a large dish, layer cookie crumbs, half the cream cheese mixture, then half the pudding mixture. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with reserved cookie crumbs and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
