Description

Juicy, flavorful thighs baked to perfection for a family-friendly meal everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • Bone-in chicken thighs
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Lemon juice
  • Low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Place chicken skin-side up in the baking dish and drizzle half of the marinade over them.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is crispy.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
