  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 10 graham crackers (crushed)
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for layering

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jello by dissolving berry-flavored jello in boiling water. Add cold water and refrigerate until set.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  3. In a serving dish, layer crushed graham crackers as the base. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over it.
  4. Cut set jello into cubes and layer half over the cream cheese mix, followed by fresh berries.
  5. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture, jello cubes, and berries. Top with whipped topping if desired.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
