Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until combined. Add shredded coconut and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape it into egg-like forms resembling bunny tails.
- Place on parchment paper-lined trays and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Meanwhile, melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth; add food coloring if desired.
- Dip each chilled bunny tail into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl before placing back on parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter while the chocolate is warm. Allow to harden completely before serving.
