Description

Easter Bunny Coconut Tails are delightful, fluffy treats coated in white chocolate, perfect for adding festive cheer to your holiday celebrations with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until combined. Add shredded coconut and vanilla extract; mix well.
  2. Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape it into egg-like forms resembling bunny tails.
  3. Place on parchment paper-lined trays and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth; add food coloring if desired.
  5. Dip each chilled bunny tail into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl before placing back on parchment paper.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter while the chocolate is warm. Allow to harden completely before serving.
