Description

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust
  • Mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Green food coloring
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. If using a store-bought graham cracker crust, set it aside. For homemade, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie dish.
  2. Softly scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream into a bowl and stir until smooth. Add green food coloring to achieve your desired shamrock hue.
  3. Spoon the ice cream mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing out the top.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
