Ingredients
Scale

- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Combine with 2 cups of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18 minutes.
- Steam broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp; set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, sear skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl. Pour over seared salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Assemble bowls by layering rice, broccoli, and salmon. Drizzle with any remaining sauce and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
