Ingredients

  • Green Onions
  • Garlic
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Gochujang Paste
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha Sauce
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, gochujang paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl for the dip.
