Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas and pulse until roughly chopped.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired texture is reached.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, swirl the top with a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle paprika.
