Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas and pulse until roughly chopped.
  2. Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired texture is reached.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, swirl the top with a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle paprika.
