  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 240g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream (240g)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (5g)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill each chicken breast for 6-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
