  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Chili honey sauce (equal parts honey and chili flakes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast; let it sit for about five minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add olive oil and flour to the yeast mixture; mix until combined but slightly sticky.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about eight minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about one hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into rectangles.
  6. Place crumbled feta in the center of each rectangle and roll them up tightly.
