Description

Chicken Avocado Wraps are a flavorful blend of grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies, making them the ultimate choice for a quick, healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Ripe avocados
  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  2. In the same skillet, add halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Warm whole wheat tortillas in another pan or microwave for about 20 seconds until pliable.
  4. In a bowl, mash ripe avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth yet chunky.
  5. Assemble the wrap by spreading mashed avocado on each tortilla, layering sliced chicken, sautéed tomatoes, and romaine lettuce.
  6. Roll tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides as you go. Slice diagonally if desired.
