Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 oz high-quality smoked salmon
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula recommended)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
