Instructions

- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into triangles measuring about 4 inches at the base.
- Place a slice of ham and a generous amount of cheese at the base of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the base towards the tip, tucking in the sides.
- Brush each rolled croissant with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
