Ingredients

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooled mashed potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
