  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (farfalle or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. In the skillet, combine cooked pasta, diced cooked chicken, and steamed broccoli with the sauce until well coated.
