- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

- 3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream while scraping up any browned bits. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- 4. Combine: Return cooked gnocchi and sliced chicken to the skillet; toss gently to coat with sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
