Description

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh garlic
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water, and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  5. Gradually mix in reserved pasta water for desired creaminess, then stir in grated Parmesan and season with black pepper before serving hot.
