- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in sour cream and beef broth; simmer for 3-4 minutes to combine flavors.
- Mix cooked noodles with the beef mixture and fold in cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
