  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
  4. Stir in sour cream and beef broth; simmer for 3-4 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Mix cooked noodles with the beef mixture and fold in cheddar cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
