- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic and sage until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Gradually add heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened; season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in pumpkin gnocchi and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Layer half of the mixture in a greased baking dish; sprinkle with half the Parmesan. Repeat layers.
