  • 1 lb store-bought pumpkin gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic and sage until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Gradually add heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Gently fold in pumpkin gnocchi and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Layer half of the mixture in a greased baking dish; sprinkle with half the Parmesan. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with panko breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
