- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chopped strawberries and cream cheese until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and protein powder. Fold in the strawberry mixture until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
